I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a big heart for helping others and a soft spot for pediatrics. After years of working in the fast-paced world of pediatric critical care, I traded monitors and machines for meaningful conversations and mental wellness. I believe in meeting people where they are—and maybe making them laugh along the way. When I'm not in the office, you’ll probably find me road-tripping, hunting down the best local coffee, or hanging out with my two favorite sidekicks: my dog and a good book.
