JASON JONES, LCSW, LCAS, CSI
Most of the time when people are to a point of scrolling through and reading these bios of potential therapists, they have reached a place of just being tired. Tired of living the way they have been living, tired of being in pain, tired of continuing their life with the same patterns, thoughts, or behaviors that they have been living with for all these years. When people experience trauma in their lives, it changes them. Maybe your behaviors are different. Maybe you’re more scared to do things that never bothered you before. Maybe you have nightmares. Out of protection, your body often builds armor around some of those trauma experiences in your mind, sometimes not allowing you to access it to allow you to heal. That’s where I come in. I primarily work with clients who have experienced trauma in their lives and work to help pry that armor open. I am trained in EMDR and often utilize this in our sessions. I am trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy and am the therapist that clients will see should they chose that program with us. I enjoy fishing, traveling and cheering on the Patriots in my free time.
